The higher people's court of Guangdong Province counted our province the medical dispute was on the rise too from 2004 to 2008, dealt with 387 medical disputes in 2004, would already rise to 645 in 2008. 60% of the medical workers think the relationship between doctors and patients disharmonious, 70% of the medical workers do not agree to children and relative and engaged in the medical profession.
